The front-end HD camera identifies and collects line channel video data, and transmits the image/video data to the monitoring center through 4G/5G/WIFI/OPGW fiber-optic network; by analyzing and comparing the video and picture data sent from the site, if there is abnormal early warning information, the operation and maintenance personnel can immediately go to the site to carry out the corresponding emergency response, and shorten the resumption and maintenance response to the outage caused by the phenomenon of external damage to the three-span line. The response time for power restoration and maintenance is shortened due to the external damage of the three-span line.
